  Use of our Services indicates that all provided information is accurate and up to date.

3.1 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for:

• Illegal activities of any kind;

• Hosting or distributing malware, viruses, or harmful software;

• Sending spam or unsolicited communications;

• Hosting illegal content, including copyright violations, abusive material, or prohibited data;

• Interfering with network operations or other customers' services.

3.2 Resource Usage

You agree not to cause excessive load on our infrastructure. We may limit, throttle, or suspend services if usage threatens system stability.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of login details;

• All actions performed under your account;

• Notifying us immediately of any security breach.

We are not liable for losses resulting from compromised accounts.

5. Payments and Billing

5.1 Payment Terms

All Services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed. Prices may change with prior notice.

5.2 Refunds

Refunds may be granted only in cases defined in our Refund Policy. Certain products (e.g., dedicated servers) may be non-refundable.

5.3 Taxes

Applicable taxes, including VAT or sales taxes, may be added depending on jurisdiction.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime and stable performance but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may occur.

We are not responsible for outages caused by:

• Force majeure.

7. Data and Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for backing up your content unless you use our managed backup solutions.

8. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of your content. By using our Services, you confirm:

• You have rights to store and distribute the content,

• It does not violate intellectual property laws.

We may remove content if required by law or if it violates these Terms.

9. Prohibited Content

The following is strictly prohibited:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM),

• Terrorism-related content,

• Illegal streaming or copyrighted distribution without rights,

• Hate speech that violates local laws,

• Cryptocurrency mining on shared hosting without permission.

Violation may result in immediate termination.

10. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services if:

• You violate these Terms or applicable laws,

• You fail to pay invoices,

• Your usage poses risk to infrastructure or customers.

Upon termination, data may be deleted without recovery.

11. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;

• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the Services during the last 30 days.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from:

• Your use of the Services,

• Your content,

• Your violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates become effective upon publication. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
