1. General Refund Conditions
Refunds are available only under the conditions described below. Certain products or services may not be eligible for refunds due to provisioning costs, licensing fees, or irreversible resource allocation.

2.1 Conditions for Approval
A refund may be issued if:

3. Non-Refundable Services
The following Services are non-refundable due to provisioning or resource allocation:
3.1 Dedicated Servers
Because dedicated servers require physical hardware allocation and setup, payments are non-refundable.
3.2 Custom or Enterprise Solutions
Any personalized infrastructure, custom integrations, or tailored services are non-refundable.
3.3 Managed Services
Fees for management, technical labor, or admin hours are non-refundable once delivered.
3.4 Domains and Licenses
Domain registrations, renewals, SSL certificates, and software licenses cannot be refunded.
3.5 Abuse, Policy Violations, or Suspensions
If an account is suspended or terminated for violating our policies, no refund will be issued.
4. Billing Cycles and Partial Refunds
4.1 Prepaid Services
All Services are prepaid. Refunds for unused time in a billing cycle are not provided unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Automatic Renewals
Renewals may be refunded if:
